Is there a cheat file to add to Final Burn Alpha that gives players full meter for Kof 98 rom hack? So it is easier to practice meter dependant combos?
Hey liked your video, but i tried the rom and still don't understand how to use it, should we know the combos already or the rom makes the rest of the combos by itself ? How does it work ?
How did you get to play with Athena’s other costume? I’ve noticed a lot of changes in this version (I know it’s combo-hacked) but there’s extra stuff like changing into Orochi mode and Goenitz and Orochi on the boat. I’ve never seen these on the console release versions...
