jblue88 According to KOF lore the US sports team's invitations were beaten the hell out of them by New Faces team (cris, Yashiro and Shermie). KOF 98 was a Dreeam Match, so none of its events are canonical. They appeared in SVC Chaos as part of Blood Riot Iori's ending. They probably took a back seat as they really didn't have anything to add in the stories during the Orochi, NESTS and Ash Crimson Sagas. Or they're not as popular as the other teams. So who knows?
@@LemonicParade Snk has the ability to give the USA team more canonical impact but has chosen not to. Really would like to see both USA and Orochi teams return! I hope to see SNK pull an "Everyone is Here" card next to round - even if its in the same art style.
Heidern best Jojo character (that Max Mode pose!!!!)! :'D Jokes aside, the animations and the way they retooled his character concept are top notch! Maybe KOF14 has not the best visuals, but in terms of character crazyness its second to nobody!
@@agentorange9867 No, he isn't. But look at his(Heidern) default jonathan/ceasar pose and his snappy mannerisms. Look at rock howard, terry, kukri and benimaru(he's a parody of polnareff) all have Jojo-esque poses.
His theme is so badass!! I can imagine heidern leading Leona and the rest of his team and telling them "This is our mission, Welcome to the middle East..."

The real question in kof14 is always can he do cr.B×2 st.B confirms into max mode combos? If he can then he's good, if not he's probably mid tier at best.
Excuse my ignorance, but how do you charge the Cross Cutter from standing HK, forward LK, Cross Cutter? I know it's a charged moved (CC), but if I input forward LK the Cross Cutter would no longer come out. Please help. Thanks. :)
Start charging once you press forward B and press up P a few frames after the first hit of the forward B. Timing is tight but once you get it done, you'll start to understand the timing. It's the same as Takuma in KoF XIII.
dark flame Master In case you're as informed as a grizzly during hibernation, game director Yasuyuki Oda has stated that the new games/iterations starting with KoFXIV moving forward will be in the 3rd dimension, but gameplay and story is hi-pri. The only thing i regreat in KOF14 , is the OST ... most of them are so horrible , Persona tried to stay on the original thing which i respect , but that song is killing the ambiance , hopefully this guy is a genius at combos .
