@Lely Chan what country,, we have family in Costa Rica ,,,, WE found out most all Jamaicans who got work on building panama canal were unable to leave central America passports expired and uk or Jamaica did not send anyone to give them an extension which is so easy . A NOTE WITH A SIGNATURE.
