@@user-fl7et4wb1r this. I remember this segment back in '09, and was praying and hoping that Kofi was going to get pushed to the moon and become WWE Champion. Obviously, it didn't happen and his is initial push got derailed in 2009, but 10 years later he finally won the one at WrestleMania and actually got to revisit the same feud with Orton.
@@Ace-br8kd i know but he isn't portrayed as such nowadays. I remember when Kofi was pushed waaaaaay more than what is today. I think it'd be best if he just had a singles run but that ain't happening since the new day is so popular although I think they've gone stale.

C'est d'ailleurs à cause de ça qu'on a eu droit au fameux "stupide, stupide, stupide" de la part de Orton. Mais c'est de l'histoire ancienne ça 😉
I met Kofi at my job last year. I was working at a state park here in Florida called wekiva springs and he was there with his family, I didn’t wanna bother him I just said I was a fan and helped him and his kid and wife into a kayak and sent them off, then I had to do a rescue on the river and I caught up with him and he asked my why I was rushing and I told him the situation and he wished me luck and he went back up the river to the park and I got the people and then I finally made it back having to tow two canoes behind me and he was waiting there and he gave me a 40$ tip. He said he appreciated me not wanting to bother him and that it was brave and nice of me to help that family and he offered to take a picture with me. That dude is awesome.
Kofi won the wwe championship years out of his prime his run felt like yea we are proud of him but this first championship should’ve been his 5th by now
