thanks saima , today decided to make koftas , my koftas were already made, fried and in freezers,, thought lets see how saima makes gravy, in my kofta the only thing i add extra is ground badian to give it a distinctive flavor, will taste at iftar, vry good , keep doing,

As Salaam Aleakum Saima, I made these yesterday and they turned out delicious. I used 1/2 kg mince and adjusted the rest of the ingredients accordingly, didn't have tomato purée so used 1 Tbs of tomato paste, over all the directions were quite simple. Thank you so much for your effort. May Allah bless you with good health.

Saima please add your hadith back in! Whenever I have time I love listening to them, and if I am running out of time I can always skip.
