Really like what you've done with this video. Excellent idea stacking the same cards on the deck example screen it creates a much cleaner and easier to interpret experience not something that ive seen other creators do ,also like the gameplay example of the major combos. Honestly some of the best content on the pocket scene at the moment.
Oh no!!!! Bounce in the Pokémon TCG?! DAMN YOU HOOGLAND!!! It's awesome that my favorite Gym Leader and some of my favorite Pokémon enable this strategy.
Great layout, great gameplay, great commentary. Thanks for highlighting this deck-very excited to pull it. Somehow dodged playsets of these cards despite them being relatively common.
I know the game is new so a lot of elements aren't fleshed out yet, but I do like the end of highlight summary of the deck after playing it like you do on your snap highlights to get your overall feel on the deck and how it works/functions. Maybe it doesn't make as much sense compared to your snap highlights but I always liked that info at the end of these.
Huge fan of the deck breakdown and visuals at the opening! Feedback: Even full screened on my computer monitor, reading the text of individual cards on the opening visual is annoyingly rough (I blame the Yu-Gi-Oh-esque inconsistent word sizing). While nice, maybe instead of the single large card on the right the full deck could just be made larger? If so, you could use a highlighter to signify the key cards/cards you are talking about instead of the larger image. And/or perhaps easier to read custom text for each card could be used, but that would be quite the project. Regarding the chopped visuals during gameplay, I think it is definitely better than simply leaving the game as it is, and is probably close to as good as we can get until a PC client comes along. Wishlist: Large image that changes to whatever the most recently played card is during gameplay. The editing demand is probably too much though. Keep doing what you do! My favorite content creator across 3 games now!
When you are good at card games you are good XDDD This is probably the best Koga list i have seen thus far. Dodrio ended up being better then i expected. That Free retreat helps a lot. While i have a bias towards Kanghaskan and farfetch, dodrio is pretty good too. I wouldnt run golbat, as its an worse dodrio lol Cheers and i look forward the next videos!
Can't wait tonswe the featured EX decks. My main idea with Koga was to Weezing to stall for Venusaur EX but maybe that takes too many deck slots to be good. Right now it seems like you want 8 pokemon slots 8 trainers slots and you have 4 flex slots
I think Fetched is a fine card. I'm skeptical. Meowth is playable in general. Would rather just start putting damage on the board rather than spin my tires drawing cards.
Unfortunately you've gotta dump hundred of dollars into this game before you've got multiple support cards. Brock, Misty, Blaine, Sabrina, Lt Surge are elusive outside of rental decks. And you can only rent a deck 10 times. Free to Play players are gonna have a hard time in Ranked with the whales and streamers. Mewtwo/Gardevior is malignant. 🙃
@@HooglandiaPocket I don't agree with the guy aboves comment in regards to getting multiple support cards, i'm fully F2P and i've packed 2 Surges and 1 FA Surge & THREE pikachu-EX Full art
