I love their other foundation. Shade range is trash but weirdly, found my perfect shade in Koh Gen do (302). Loving these reviews. I don’t wear makeup often and have a minimalist collection so I find I have the ability to splurge since I only replace products when I am done or when they expire.
During this pandemic, I’ve been on a foundation tear.....this is next on my list. I like skin like foundation...heavens, you have talked me into another purchase!! I’m loving Cle de Peau and Kjaer Weis......but I will try this too. Thanks for the review.....it looked absolutely perfect on you!!

i couldn't find my shade in this but my sister uses this product and it absolutely looks completely natural. i could never tell when she is wearing it unless she tells me. just seamless, if i could wear this i would rock this probably every day.
I have used both this foundation and the Aqua foundation ( in fact I’m wearing the Aqua right now) and they are both amazing. But the Moisture foundation....there are no words. Like you said, it’s skin in a tube. For real!! And a tiny drop is all you need. I found that applying it with brush (my HG is Shiseido’s dense angled foundation brush) makes it look.... not quite as perfect. I purchased a full bottle of the Aqua because it’s on sale and the old formula is being discontinued. I love it, too-it is sheer to medium coverage, gives off a natural, skin-like finish and it’s dewy as well. It doesn’t pool in my pores and I apply this with my hands like I would with skincare. Once I set it with Laura Mercier loose powder my face looks flawless. I’m 50 and have very oily, very textured skin and it does not emphasize texture or pores at all. The staying power is mediocre. I use UD All-Nighter de-slick setting spray and it helps a lot. That being said.....the Moisture founds is even better! And I don’t find it moisturizing at all-it’s just like applying the most perfect skincare. As soon as I use up my bottle of Aqua foundation I’m buying the Moisture. I mean, I knew I was going to like your channel. I knew it. But for a foundation junkie, this is divine. I feel like this would be perfect for my wife, whose idea of skin care is a cleansing balm and doesn't like makeup but wants a little something (and herein we justify buying four new foundations, because one is for my wife) but her skin is dry and concealer or powder no longer cuts it.

It truly amazing that you posted this review because I literally just purchased these foundations. My NM had the ultimate promo and I was down for everything that they were offering. So the foundation and 2 powders were marked down. Then the promo on the ALREADY marked down products was b1g1 for 50% off. They also had a bonus of purchase the new foundation and get a free older version foundation (only deeper shades). I picked up the Aqua, the Moisture (old & new) and the natural powder. I’m not sure why the foundation Gawds were in such a glorious mood yesterday, but...I left with 3 foundations & a powder, for a little over $100🥳. I’m excited to compare the differences between the old and new versions.
ThesPNation I looked online and it didn’t have the same promo so I’m not sure if it was because my NM’s demographic isn’t selling much to dark skin, or if it was just a local situation; but...I’m a NYC raised girl and when it came to that good deal...I ain’t ask no questions!!! I purchased my stuff and then headed next door to Nordstrom so I could try to match my Cle de Peau shade but sadly they didn’t have any there.

Hearing your experiences at counters is always a treat haha. I go through one tube a year. Do you know if you have the newest formulation they came out with or did I miss that in my excitement? (Edit: ok got my answer I need to not comment while watching!) I prefer this to Aqua but don’t ask me why ha.

Hey! I love Japanese and Korean formulations in their foundations, understandably they cater to their own. I was wondering what is a 302 in a Mac foundation? Because I'm apparently NC50. Thanks again x
Honestly I'm not 100% certain because I stopped using MAC products over a decade ago. From my memory, I'd guess it's similar to NC50 possibly, but definitely not NC45. It looks (the shade) very much like nearly all the foundations I have reviewed if that helps. ♥️sP
I have the aqua foundation and love it, always repurchase it.I just don't like how the price is always going up. Just looked at the KGD website, this foundation is now $79. :(
I have always wanted to try their other foundation the aqua one. But I didn’t think they had any shades to fit me. I am definitely interested in hearing your thoughts on the aqua one compared to this one.
Hi and yes I do! Before each video I have already tested out the foundation. The recordings are just me reliving the experience but on camera. Unless I note otherwise, the foundation lasts with no issues whatsoever. ♥️sP
