We own a rai on koh Phangan but nor sor sam title with similar views over to Samui . Will we build something small some day who knows but I am sure my young lad will maybe some day as its a beautiful site and he is Thai. I was thinking watching this what have done moving all the way to Chiang Rai when I could have what you are doing lol..But again its schooling for my lad and a nice property we bought up there. But you sure do paint a beautiful picture and have nice friends which is always a bonus .

I'm a bit late to this vid, but hope you can reply. I love Koh Phayam, easily my fave island in Thailand. Is it open to tourists after the 7 day Phuket sandbox? Hoping to spend 3 weeks on Phayam from late Jan 22. Hope to see you there!

Hello Michael. They were in lockdown for a few weeks but the island is open again to Ranong residents. But travelling around Thailand is difficult at the moment with many provinces requiring quarantine.
