KOHLER STARTER AMP DRAW 

How many cranking amps does your battery need to starter a KOHLER Engine at freezing temperatures?
In this video, I use a DC amp clamp to test the starter draw of a few KOHLER Engines at 32 degrees.
All of the engines tested in this video utilize the commercial solenoid shift type starter, rather than the inertia drive (slip drive) starter. I haven't tested the inertia type for amperage draw (yet), but I suspect to see similar or less amperage draw.
