It needs to be plugged in but the Numi also has a battery that can flush it i think a few hundred times if your power goes out so I’m sure this does too
I’ve seen this toilet at Ferguson. I went there a few days ago it had a LOT of smart toilets it even had the kohler numi. This toilet, kohler veil, the trap way is kinda huge really big trapway and this toilet is beautiful
@@KDMCPlumbing odd. Why did they do it like that? It could have just been a normal siphonic with a pressure assisted siphon jet or just a typical pressure vessel.
@@charlesrodriguez7984 Doing it this way with a pump instead of a pressure vessel allows better control of the water. That’s why the rim and siphon jets can operate independently. And giving it a trapway that’s easier to blow out can allow the toilet to use less water too. But Kohler does also make a smart toilet that seems to have a pressure vessel in it so I guess both are fine. I think that one would be more likely to also have a siphonic style trapway but I’m not sure
