When Judge Adams gave out the verdict, he should have set up the parole officer and conditions before they ever left the courtroom. Or at least included them in writing when he filed his verdict on the docket

System is fucked because it's too realistic. What you really want is immersion. Nobody wants to do the paper work and make sure the constitution article blah section blah doesn't conflict or have loop holes against 100 other laws and growing. Or make sure people getting parole have officers with all the paperwork squared. Trying to have DOJ and lawyers and judges, then having them navigate a legal system that was slapped together is just cancer. The system needs to be streamlined from the start and letting them create something on their own was a mistake. Some of the same people who oversaw the 3.0 cancerous bull crap just revamped the same crap but then made some of the stuff even worse. Problem is they resisted common sense fixes and ignored the cancer because it gave them power and they weren't subject to it. Now you know who is part of the problem and they shouldn't be trusted with power ever again. You really need the crims making the rules because they know all the bullcrap that they have to wade through and where the pitfalls are. Nobody should be in jail longer than 4 hours max with a 2 hour self parole where they should not engage in hardcore law breaking.

Nobody should be going to jail for 5 days, period. There should be no qualifier. If you do something super egregious in roleplay and the state wants to hand out a more significant sentence for roleplay purposes, that's a separate deal. But just the basic law system should not be sending people to jail for 5 days.

I think I now know why Nakkida quit playing cop. She must have gotten tired of dealing with lazy, stupid and incompetent cop roleplayers. I wish Soze and Tessa teamed up for this arc. She could just unretire and say she never sent in her retirement letter.
