＜Ingredients＞
・1800 Cristalino：45ml
・Fresh lime juice：15ml
・Elderflower syrup：15ml
・Elderflower foam
・Sakura salt
＜How to make＞
① Shake 1800 Cristalino, lime juice, and elderflower syrup with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.
②Top with elderflower foam and sprinkle sakura salt on top.
＊Recipe for Elderflower Syrup
・Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water：400ml
・Granulated sugar：200g
In a saucepan, bring 350ml of Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water to a boil.
Add 200g of granulated sugar and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the remaining 50ml of Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and simmer for 1 more minute.
＊Recipe for Elderflower Foam
・Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water：200ml
・Gelatin：1g
Add gelatin to room temperature Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and stir well.
Chill in the refrigerator, then use an espuma (whipped cream dispenser) to add CO2 and create a foam texture.
