I made KOJI FERMENTED OAT MILK using rice koji.
It needs to be fermented for 8 to 10 hours, but it became super flavorful and nutritonal oat milk that you might have never had before.
Worth trying!

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup rice koji
5 cups water
