I had been to this place on 24-25 Dec 2022. I had to cut short my vacation due to miserable experience at Resort..I am trying to provide pros and cons so that you can take informed decision to plan your stay here.. Pros 1. Proximity to Beach - 5 mins walk to beach.. 2. Ample parking Cons 1. There is no hospitality ..Staff is dumb and needs training ..Staff does not help take your bags to your room..You would need to do it yourself.. 2. No Welcome drink 3. No TV in room 4. No Wifi 5. No Intercom - if you need anything, you need to walk to their canteen 6. Airtel range is intermittent 7. We had booked 4 cottages but AC was not working in one of them. 8. They do not even have water jar in room .. 9. Dirty curtains 10. No Double bed - Two single beds are joined together to make double bed 11. There is no table near bed to keep your stuff.. 12. Only one light in room, no night lamp .. 13. Very small 3 ft. Cupboard ..You can barely keep your shirts or bag inside . 14. Property is not maintained .. 15. Food is over priced but taste wise good. 16. No kids play area We were charged ₹2,450 per room per day ..No Breakfast or lunch included in that price.. This property is not worth ₹800-₹1000/ day Do not go by videos or old pictures, you would regret later.. If you still wish to proceed, i would advise you to ask owner to give it in writing what all things they have up and running.. Hope this helps !!
