Nooh Bava, IAS District Collector, Kerala is a man with a plan. With his gift of instant decision making he’s been dealing with crises one after another since his posting in Pathanamthitta in 2018. Shortly after his joining, Kerala faced the worst floods in over a century. Nooh’s district, Pathanamthitta was affected the worst. Nooh was given the responsibility of rescuing people and moving them uphill in a few hours.
Nooh Bava is currently at ground - zero of Kerala’s Covid 19 crises. His district was among the first sites in India to be affected by the virus in early March. Nooh with the help of his efficient team, police ,volunteers and Google Maps devised a strategy to track the patients as well any other person on any location visited by them.
His fans and loved ones have dedicated a Facebook fanpage called “Nooh Bro’s Ark”
