Kokomo were at one time renowned as Britain's finest funk band of the mid-'70s. They tend to tread the line between percolating funk that flirts with disco like the Average White Band, and the smoothest of soft rock. I really enjoyed this album a lot but I don’t own it on wax unfortunately. The group's female backing singers are so damn good on this record it’s dope.
@anthonycortes868 didn't say it was bad but how many artists out here now can read music let alone write music or actually play an instrument , there is very little innovation in the music industry today.
@@norman6694 I do whatever my mind imagines. That’s the beauty of production and making music. You can alter a sample and make it sound totally different than the original. It’s not going anywhere whether you choose to discredit it or not. Some of the most known and popular songs, old & new have used a form of sampling to some degree.
