The sequence of events are different the reason gyomei got the hit on his kimono was bc Kokushibo left himself open when he tried to strike gyomei and gyomei was able to avoid it. Here it looked like gyomei was just overwhelming Kokushibo with the onslaught of attacks and speed which look faster her than in the manga

Absolutely bro, pretty convinced he's the 2nd strongest human. Most ppl say Michikatsu is but, gyomei legit broke his sword at the start of this battle without a slayer mark. As a human he wouldn't have the ability to regenerate his sword, the fight would've already been decided. Can't believe the dude is so underrated, I hope once they see him in action they'll show him some respect.

@b3as_t Michikatsu definitely was. Michikatsu fighting sanemi reminded him of when he fought the sengoku period wind hashira so sanemi is = to him minus the endurance and Michikatsu surpassed him

Bro its because of his unique technique too. Kokushibo was caught off guard by his use of his weapons. He has never seen anyone in centuries fight like him. Even the weapon used by Gyomei was so advanced and it didn’t exist during the time Kokushibo was a human. Everything about his fighting style was completely new to him still Gyomei didn’t scratch him. Even though he is a demon he is evading all the attacks just like demon slayers.

@@unnirajac8617 true gyomie didn't hit him but kokushibo wasn't able to unleash any moon breath attacks because he had to quickly dodge gyomies attacks and kokushibos quite unique as well as no one else uses moon breathing and no one would have fought a demon using a breathing style combined with a blood demon art and gyomie did sort of hit him catching his hair and tearing off some of his kamono and even being able to snap his sword, none of the other hashira were able to do that and this is all base gyomie no mark, no STW and no red blade just what he's always been before.

@@alexcrockett5665 He is the strongest for a reason. That's why he could do things others couldn't. I am just saying Kokushibo is still a monster in that fight against powerful opponents and he had to fight with a lot of disadvantages too.
