I should buy this since I have the Kokuyo layered 8 rings binder notebook. So I can buy ordinary papers and punch holes on them to place them in the binder. Kokuyo paper is so soft, I like it but it’s a bit pricey compared to ordinary paper. You get what you paid for.
Not sure about the specific number of holes, but I thought the space in the middle was to make it friendlier for left-handed people who hate feeling springs as they write
