Kolkata Chhena Chaat is a unique and delicious twist to the traditional Indian chaat. It is made by combining soft and spongy chhena with curd, chutneys, and spices. This fusion dish is a perfect blend of flavours and textures, making it a popular street food snack in India.

Recipe
Ingredients:
250 gm Chhena
2 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Sweet Chutney
1 tbsp Mint Chutney
1 tsp Roasted Cumin
3 Fried Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
Method:
1. Take plate and place the chhenas.
2. Drizzle curd, sweet chutney, mint chutney on top of the chennas.
3. Sprinkle some roasted cumin and garnish with fried curry leaves and pomegranate seeds.
