Two things must be investigated by CBI. One is how Roy entered the seminar hall,where no body,is allowed.Second thing is he was given shelter by a police after committing the crime.That police should be interrogated.

Why CCTVs cameras are not installed at every public establishments, entry, exits, every 50 mtrs or so. . There is a political nexus supporting crimes. CBI should be involved in all closed cases. What may have happened. 85 % chances 1. Rule out whether Anesthesia given 1st before crime , unconscious ness result . 2. Neck or thrroid bone broken , so the victim doesn't scream . 3. Pelvic bone broken due to resistance and fight back by victim . 4. Spectacles broken so if in case the victim does survive the should be no proof or evidence that she recognises the accused . 5. Medical knowledge persons involved as the planning is done perfectly according to someone who has knowledge of medical field thoroughly. 6. Crime committed by multiple persons not one person . 7.
