I have a very relevant point,why CJI needs to take over the case from kolkata HC?Is there any unknown interest by CJI?When the hiring was going on CJI didn't even try to listen to the doctor's lawyer.He was only giving attention to sibbal,why?Each and every case from Bengal is delayed only for this hopeless CJI.The day he has done the suomoto,the judgement was very clear to our mind that this CJI will give no justice to the nation.Later people will not respect our judiciary.This CJI should resign.

The SC (Stay-Order Court) and both central and state ruling parties know how to play the game. Nothing will happen; the real culprits and masterminds behind these horrific crimes will never be caught or punished. SC knows how to play the game; they are here to make themselves wealthy, not to make India corruption-free, safe, or free of dictatorship. This is how our country operates - brutal crimes are committed year after year because the powerful people at the top of the society, including wealthy businessmen, politicians, bureaucrats, and those in the justice system, who are the masterminds behind all the crimes, are untouchable. For example, the TMC is involved in one scam after another, siphoning off thousands of crores. Are we able to stop them? The answer is no because they are powerful top politicians. Who will punish them?

I am in the USA and have watched the many US courts proceedings videos. Now I am watching the India courts, the lawyers look not prepared, constantly asking to their team of helpers and suffling the papers for the documents who are standing behind their main lawyer. The whole videos look like it is a market scene. Is this normal in India where the lead Lawyer come to court without doing his own home work and do the case work in the court? Why there are large number of lawyers/helps in black court are standing like they are waiting to jump in the next BUS!!!

The people of India are looking before Honourable Supreme Court for the judgement what the respected Doctor deserved. Mr. Sibal is trying to save the criminals. Why didn't Supreme Court yet didn't take any action against the Police Commissioner and the State Administration, who were intentionally destroyed all the evidences by demolition of murder site by name of construction and making funeral activities in hurry.
