It is a suo motto case , because people are crying for " JUSTICE" The very army of lawyers that is standing to derail the justice towards travesty " paid for by the people" , clearly indicate the nature and identity of the lawyers as such . Their loyalty is to the hand that feeds them , with complete contempt for justice. All the necessary evidence were " IN THE BODY OF THE DECEASED " . Who was responsible for preserving this body ? Why this responsible authority " disposed of this body of evidence" ? Why is the so called bench of justice, NOT ASKING THIS SIMPLE QUESTION
