Cause, if this type of cases will be encouraged then the work life balance of people will be affected, people will not want to work, ( I'm talking about all the sectors ) . It's better to call out the name than be stuck at the haywire for crime cases courts are already loaded with. Being a doctor.. I have seen such situations again and again. Months before there was a Kerala Intern being killed by a criminal and now this. Already the healthcare in India lacks major infrastructure and now it will lack human resource as well. Because no father will let her daughter practise into a hospital in which there are such devils and no security.

There were 5 people loitering at the 4th floor of Chest Medicine Dept., according to the CCTV camera near the floor entrance.. the entire floor had no other CCTV, not even in front of the seminar hall.. among the 5, 4 male interns/PGTs of RG Kar and a Civic Volunteer were there.. as per my friends from RG Kar, few students at RG Kar clearly know which 4 male interns have done this to Dr. Debnath that night.. they are also Doctors.. just imagine these 4 monsters are being guarded and a Civic Volunteer, who has done nothing is being used as a scapegoat.. why only the Civic Volunteer's DNA Test is being done by the Police and not of the other 4 male interns too.. the Principal is guarding them

According to National Crime Records Bureau report Kolkata is the safest in India. 2. GDP wise WB is contributing a lot. 3. It's astounding if you're from West Bengal and still think Politics isn't involved here, literally 5 days have passed and police couldn't even answer half of the question asked by committee of doctors, they progressed nothing with the investigation and weren't able to answer who are the real culprits behind it as this mu r der isn't done by a single person as said by all the colleagues of the late doctor in accordance with the type of bruises and injuries found.

Train Accidents happening in India every month: No update from any agency. 3. Orissa Train Accident: No update from CBI 4. Rabindranath Togore's Nobel case: No update from CBI for many years. Etc. To ensure safety and integrity in the workplace, complete background checks (calling previous job employers and criminal background check) must be mandatory for all new employees, regardless of their economic or hierarchical status. Any concerns identified should be reported and addressed immediately, without exception. The current lenient and non-serious attitude in India is causing harm to the nation and its citizens. A self-centered mindset in the workplace whether from individuals, police, politicians, or administrators is dangerous and affects everyone, including you. To serve this nation better and expect the reciprocation from the nation, you must take a step to change the system to be vigilant of your surroundings and take necessary action to improve this country and it's healthcare system and always be grateful to the upcoming caregiver doctors of my beloved 🇮🇳

Some updates about the proncipal The principal of rgkar said that that the pgt was psychotic and shouldn't have slept alone in the seminar room And he had to resign because of the protest but the govt. Of WB didn't accepted his resignation instead they transferred him to my college , Calcutta National Medical College it's another medical college in Kolkata Someone is really trying to save this principle and it's heartbreaking what this country gives to doctors they are even denied basic human rights and safety
