Actually the proofs are destroyed at the signal of very powerful people so what can CBI do? It cannot generate proofs from nowhere. There are many cases where the crimes have not even seen daylight. They’re just made to disappear by threat or money

He is reporter not forensic investigator. Neither are you and rest of WhatsApp public, RU-vidrs. It is okay to doubt and find fault in what is being reported, but ideal journalism doesn't allow personal opinion, just third person reporting of case and as per police/ investigating agency.

Dear Sir, अक्सर ये देखा गया है की किसी rape murder case मैं जब पुलिस investigation ठीक से नही करती या सबूत या क्राइम स्पॉट के साथ छेड छाड़ हो जाती है उसके बाद सीबीआई को case दे दिया जाता है ..तब CBI सबूत कहा से जुटाये...हम सबने अक्सर देखा है की पुलिस की लापरवाही से ही case कमजोर हो जाते है और अपराधी छुट जाता है...क्यूकी local पुलिस crime investigation के लिए professional नहीं है...तो क्यू नहीं हत्या, rape और डकैती के लिए सीधे सीबीआई,क्राइम ब्रांच ,CID या SIT को ही पहले दिन से जांच की ज़िम्मेदारी सौप देनी चाहिए... ताकि सबूत नष्ट न होने पाये॥

It's possible they held her down, covered her mouth, she froze due to fear. Maybe they injected her to keep her from moving. But other people were involved. The police is definitely covering things up.

We don’t have the original post Mortem report, no final theory . This particular doctor spread baseless rumor. He is not a pathologist nor deals with autopsy analysis. Media and uneducated middle class people tried to fan rumors and create total turmoil in a civilized society. This is mainly this kind of public are frustrated with their struggle, monetary disparity and frustration, hence had to vent it out in this particular issue. विरले ही ऐसे पत्रकार है जो ऐसे मामलों में इतना स्पष्ट, साफ और तार्किक बात कह सकते है। प्रमुख केसों में CBI का इतिहास रहा है की वो असफल और असुलझी रही हैं। मेरी ये व्यग्तिगत राय है की tax payers की गाढ़ी कमाई पे चलने वाली संस्था जब ऐसे प्रमुख मामलों को सुलझाने के नाम पे संसाधनों का सदुपयोग न कर पाए तो उन्हें बर्खास्त कर देना चाहिए।

Kya calm position me bed per leti hue . Hath dono side me rakha tha . Cable bagal k table per bandha tha. Apke according ye suicide hi lag raha hai. Mujhe.. per do mahine pehle mujhe mili thi to wo bahut khush thi ....sir pls Nikki ( salini) k murder k bare me koi video banaiye mujhe janana hai. Mai aaj tak iss sawal se pareshan hu. क्या सीबीआई पर दबाव नहीं रहता है। एक वीडियो बता रहा है कि संजय राय के जाने से पहले लोग घटना को अंजाम दे चुके थे। उन्होंने ही संजय राय को बहा भेजा। मारने वाले और ही थे। क्या बहा अंधेरा था। पीड़िता के वस्त्र और कम्बल कहा हैं। गुजरात के जज और गृहमंत्री। अपराधी पर पोलिस हलकी पड़ती है।

I am from Kolkata and completely agree with Mr. Shams. Based on our last 13 years of experience, we believe this case will remain unsolved because most of the evidence has been tampered with or erased by TMC goons, with the help of the police.
