SC hearing seems to be a poor imitation of HC hearing going on simultaneously. Appears not only unnecessary when HC hearing is going on, but also hampering it, since the HC judge will have to be parallelly watching what is going on in SC, disturbing his concentration.

Sir as per the CCTV footage the sanjaya roy entered 11PM and he actually he might have to do some crime on doctor but she was on duty till 1.30 AM so he might have thought to come after 3.45 AM so that she might be sleeping so he might have exit at 11PM the hospital and he entered hospital at 3.45AM as per hospital CCTV and he was searching the lady doctor where she was taking rest at 3 rd floor in seminar hall and he might have done a crime. As news says sanjaya Roy is a psycho and he married 4 times and no one wives with him because he is psyco and due to his torture and he was alone and the proverb says that idle mind is devil's work shop so he thought he has to do crime. As soon as he entered the hall he took the chance to make nervous so being a boxing coacher he has given hard punches to the face and head and keeping one hand on the neck he might have given hard punches to the legs and other parts as stated by postmortem he might have raped and she might have succumbed to death due to several injuries and he might have escaped at 4.30 am as per hospital news. Here postmortem says the simen received is 17 mg and medical source said that the crime may not be by single person and more than one person is involved. If so any other entered from out side from the window and why the government officials demolished the nearby toilets and building unless until the investigation to be done, this shows the act of destroying the evidence and here CBI has saying that sanjaya roy went to red light area after 11.30 PM i think here CBI want to show that he is very cruel and case should be strong enough to give punishment. Here i can say that doctors are equal to God for the patient and such a crime is heinous and condumeble and government has to look into the matter and give good protection for women workers those who are working in night hours and provide good environment at the woking spot, this is the first and foremost duty of the government to provide protection and safety forever in the society, government has to educate all and the society should change and other wise crime will continue but making strong laws will not work out. Government should provide immediate protection and safety where ever women's are working in private and public sector and women staying at PG, and provid proper transportation to go back to home.
