My assessment is the court will not accept evidence from altered sites so criminals are already saved. Don't be under the impression that SC will order lower courts to accept evidence from altered site. Actually, the SC proceedings are a big relief for Mamataji. SC passed the order and pressured doctors to join the duties. SC's leniency towards govt which did not fulfill their promises to the junior doctors is against the interests of the victims. CBI is helpless. Please be clear The victim will not get justice. Let us focus on other security issues. Even the IAS officer's wife is raped but Mamata ji does not take action. 11 women MPs of TMC and 29 women MLAs of TMC do not support the IAS officer's wife, a rape victim. SHAME for a Woman Chief Minister. SC is silent. SC sidelined HC Kolkata. SC may interfere against HC's order allowing marches by doctors. The 2022 rapist_- murderer has been acquitted by HC Kolkata. SC is silent. Rapists-murderers were given a platform in the highest court, and long-duration hearings, represented by rich advocates, while millions of the poorest class, senior citizens, pensioners, and middle class have been waiting indefinitely for a date, hearing, and judgment. Indians have not lost trust in the judicial system. Indian democracy is prospering without a judiciary. Rich advocates are getting judgments at lightning speed. The problem is WB voters. In 2024, when Sandesh Khali tribal women were raped, humiliated and their husbands were driven out of the tribal villages, WB voters did not support tribal women but voted for TMC. The 2022, rape-murder and burning of body criminals have been acquitted.. But WB voters elected 11 TMC women MPs and 29 women MLAs. Did any woman MP or MLA support the victim or women doctors? There will be rape and murder again and again. The judiciary is their relief by prolonging the trial and ultimately implementing the capital penalty if convicted, after 15-20 years. Please understand that 15-20 years is the timeline for imposing penalties by the judicial system. Some state governments will find out different ways, to deliver justice. In Teluguana, TN, Maharashtra, UP, MP, and Delhi, too rapists - murderers have faced death in police custody due to their criminal attempt to attack police, 😢and the cases are closed in a reasonable time.
