If Supreme court is clearly asking only the doctors to stop protesting and go back to work in one day.... Why Supreme court is not asking Mamta govt to accept all the conditions in one day.... Why supreme court is not making someone in the govt ie either police chief/ district collector/Health ministry is be held accountable if there is any security breach in the hospital

Supreme court first focus on rg kar doctors death case,justice to be done as early as possible by giving the punishment to culprits but not on doctors strike.
State can ask the central government to deploy military at the hospitals to provide security and install more reliable cameras. After doing all this, then ask the doctors to come back to work. Also, let the CBI to do their work.

If 21 people have died then the Mamata Government is responsible for this fully. Doctors can not work in the midst of threatening and without security. WILL SUPREME COURT BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING BAD HAPPENS TO THEM LIKE AS HAPPENED IN CASE OF LADY TRAINEE DOCTOR MOUMITA DEBNATH.
This is not the typical judgement of a court which is called Supreme... Very ordinary one it seems. They should have come heavily on the failed governance of a political party which has created chaos during the last 13 years. There are very strong and tough questions asked by the parents of the poor victim !! The parents, it seems have much higher intellects than the authorities who are at the helm today the postponed day 9th September 2024. Sad, Sad and sad, no strictness in concerned people. The showdown should continue till the regime comes down.

I think CBI is taking its time to bring matters to a prosecuting stage. This will help BJP to keep their agenda alive. Probably the samples will be sent by the slowest most deviant route possible.As per statement by CBI issued some time ago, there is only One perpetrator. So why are they not charging him. They are going overboard to prove that the dean was corrupt connected embezzled etc etc. what has that got to do with the actual crime. Deans corruption can not be clubbed with the rape trial. Anyway that's the way I see it.
The investigation was handed over 5 days later and the crime scene was corrupted , the state government is hand in gloves with the accused and you can imagine the level of cooperation from state government to CBI. Reiterating the scene was heavily compromised
