Everything is real whichever you have seen in this clip. A few things like Silicon Valley and the Metro Project is under construction which is gonna be completed within 1-2 years. It is a small promotional video of the West Bengal government. Even I would say the video does not contain the entire town and its scenic beauty. If you guys visit here, I am sure you are gonna love it. West Bengal government is having a plan to move its entire public sector offices to migrate to New Town as it is near to the Airport as well as the adjacent newly built city is very much planned and eco friendly. You can compare the same with Old Delhi and New Delhi. New town is a huge are which used to be a rural and waste lands because of its low level. Even I am feeling proud, being a bengali that the government is trying to increase the utilization of an area rather than making the existing city a fully saturated one. 3:23 that is actually a hanging restaurant in the centre of the roads in Kolkata. And there is buffet system inside, u have to pay a fixed amount of money for food added with entrance ticket price and then u can enjoy every foods, deserts and starters in unlimited amount inside😋😋
What ever you have seen except the silicon valley everything is real....salt lake city and new town it's the newly made smart cities....this two places are near Kolkata but not in Kolkata... Kolkata is one of the oldest metro city and cultural hub of India....

This is new town but old calcutta is heart of India as known as city of joy, city of culture, city of herittage and previous capital of India. Place of 8 nobel winners including Rabindranath, osar winer Satyajit roy and lot of freedom fighters including Netaji subhash make us proud. _It is already there. I used to work there 6 years ago. It's a suburban part of Kolkata. Salt Lake city and New Town are connected to each other. I worked in Tech Mahindra that is in DLF building and then joined IBM. After that I moved to Wipro and now I live in Siliguri near Darjeeling. I'm a travel agent now. Habitation in kolkata is cheaper than the other city in India. Transport charges in kolkata just starts only from RS 5 , it might be busses or tram and metro. Food is very cheap. One can spend one day within 150 RS.
Their is still one name is not change of Kolkata that is my University the University of Calcutta. Today's 2020 no.1 university of whole India. In this year I completed accounts honours from this university. Love from Kolkata.

Fortunately I see everything is maitained as of now rather improved, municipality people take care of debri, bins, greenery and other infrastructure, I shifted from PARIS to Kolkata recently and it's absolutely stunning and smarter than the place I lived in Europe
