Price of Old Monk xxx rum in Arunachal Pradesh is 240/- full bottle. It is too much in West Bengal. Govt should reduce the price to Rs.300/- having less carrying charge than Arunachal Pradesh.

Great shop Dada. Always wanted a place like this in Kolkata. Wish they had done it when prices of Kolkata had become lower than Gurgaon also. They could try blind tasting (assorted) session followed by discount/ gift on buying the drink you liked. With Gurgaon having such shops already, such unique activities can help this store stand out in the entire country

This is 1st .time in Kolkata what you have shown ,But I have seen and purchased various types of whisky in remarkable lowest price in Gurgaon from L 1 shoppe .So many shopps are there .
One suggestion, if you are not Blind Rich, then gather some information from internet about the liquor and order online from (Spencer,Dunzo,Swiggy etc. ). The prices are almost same. You will save the Petrol/Transportation cost 😉
Fine but not a L1 shop , price are same as every other local shop , why would someone visit there?? Anyways Mamta government will never allow L1 In Kolkata she is always reluctent to change.
Dada Namaskar...Ek baat ki jaankari lena chahta hu ki May June k month mein Liquor shop mein rakhi Whiskies ki bottle bahut garam ho jati hai...aur usse bhi jayada garam ho jati hongi transportation mein specially in the month of May and June. To kya isse whiskey ki quality pe asar padta hai?
My honest opinion is not to bother about that. During my visit to Rajasthan, I was offered this drink. Believe me it's just rose flavoured syrup in crude alcohol. Couldn't stand the after taste.
