Yeah it’s kind of funny to see coal being pushed with windmills in the background. That’s how it should be though. Taking everything renewable all at once would be a tremendous cost in a hurry.
Nice machine. He would be more productive if he made his first cut at the end of the push up front instead of pushing all the way back up from the rear. Ah well each to their own I guess. Plus he side cuts so hard he put about a ton of coal on the left hand walkway of the machine haha...
Thats the fun part about coal piles. You want to bring the toe of the pile in with you as you push, especially if he is pushing to a draw hole. He does pick up a blade a lot quicker than I would but eh, everyone operates differently. I personally would never leave high walls up like that. Too much risk with one coming down on you and burying your tractor. Should bring the whole pile down evenly.
