I has been my experience that monitors that have turned a dark magenta color are not salvageable. I has also been my experience that the monitor panels are specific to models by part numbers. There are some after market units made in China that may or may not work. In my experience that part number on the back of your panel is the best way to get one that works.

@@repairsecrets much obliged, i appreciate your advice. My local dealer quoted around 3k for a reman... I will look into the associated pn# and if the China land doesn't offer one we will take my grandfather's advice; ; "check the oil, the fuel will check itself". 😆

Did you check the prolix switch that bypasses the auto swing brake and releases it all the time? I don't know which model you have but most of the two toggle switches somewhere. One bypasses the swing brake while the other bypasses the TVC solenoid valve.

@@repairsecrets yep using that prolix switch works but if i turn it off to use it in normal mode that E03 error comes up straight away. We have placed the swing solenoid and also the rear pump pressure sensor switch all works fine just cant clear that E03 fault. Model is a pc200-6E AVANCE. Thanks for your help on this its much appreciated.

@@mrnvbj If you have the EO3 code, you should have an active code in the monitor panel when it shows. That is probably the only way you are going to figure out what is happening.

Monitor codes 11 and 12 will give you the pump pressures when you operator a function. Most people don't trust the monitor but I've found it to be about as accurate as an analog gauge pumped into the system.

@@repairsecrets muito obrigado, consegui verificar e percebi que estava bem a baixo do valor de pressão da komatsu, está máquina foi revisada a bomba e comando por uma oficina que não é especializada em escavadeira hidráulica, eles trabalham muito bem com retroescavadeiras e outras, etc... porem a máquina vei da oficina muito ruim, baixando o giro em determinadas horas e dava umas soqueadas de vez em quando. Ai dei uma volta e meia na valvula da bomba pra aumentar a pressão e a máquina ja melhorou uns 95% também dei uma mexida em duas valvulas do comando, lança e braço, como não tenho o relógio não mexi muito mas a máquina ficou bem melhor de quando veio da oficina. Tem poucos vídeos falando sobre a pc 200 serie 6. Fiquei contente em achae o seu canal. Obrigado!

Não tenho certeza se entendi sua pergunta. O vídeo mostra como chegar ao código de 11 monitores. Você pode pressionar o botão de modo novamente para chegar ao código 12 que mostrará a outra bomba. Você pode ajustar as bombas a partir do monitor. Existe o que é chamado de válvula TVC na lateral de cada bomba e pode fornecer um pouco mais de fluxo. Se a sua bomba estiver muito velha e desgastada, pode não haver muito o que fazer.

It is a code that shows up when you disconnect the battery. Just clear the code and all is fine.

Are you talking about the monitor panel itself or the entire electrical system?

There used to be a piece of paper that came in the box with the new monitor panel that described how to set the hours to current machine hours. It was a one time procedure. You should ask the part people when you order the new monitor.

I am well and I hope you are also. The E03 is an operator code that informs the operator there is something wrong. You should check for fault codes in the diagnostics. Is the machine not operating correctly.

E103 is an error in the alarm buzzer circuit. Either it is shorted inside or there is a bad wire supplying power to it. Check all your fuses and the buzzer itself. The buzzer is in the right side console somewhere under the key switch. Good Luck

@@repairsecrets La maquina tiene un problema en la presion hidráulica llega a 2.000 psi y no sube mas, que valvula se debe calibrar para que suba a las 3.000 PSI. En una komatsu pc120-6. Un tiempo subía a 3.000 psi, pero despues de dos horas de trabajo se iba quedando sin fuerza y muy lenta hasta quedar completamente muerta.
