A new machine? Ouch. Side load and torque on the turntable and pins looks very high there pushing the machine backwards off the trailer once turned around. A good operator would either pushed the bucket down square on the deck over the trailer axles and back up or push down on the ground beside the trailer gently and have the truck pull forward.
Aside from being a terrible way to transport and unload the machine, I don't see a problem. Side loads and stresses on the pins and turntable? What do you think excavators are designed for? Max force in any direction. Otherwise it's junk
Bully for you on the clean unload. Here in the civilized world, we have ramps on our trailers. And for a machine of that size, we have trailers with decks that split. So common are they, even a regular guy like me can own one.

Absolutely crazy, taking a machine off like this, as a machine driver my self for 22 year this is mad not having the proper trailer and ramps for moving such a valuable excavator , 👎
Actually, that's not bad as far as these half assed transports go. What gets me is that they have half million for the machine, but none for a proper rig to haul it. If they have the machines, where are the trailers to haul them?
