For the Kombadi (Chicken Curry):
500gm Chicken
1(Onions)
1(Tomatoes)
Ginger-garlic-green chilli-pudina leaves paste
Spices (turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, Garam masala etc.)
Fresh coriander
For the Vade (Rice Cakes):
Rice flour
chana dal flour
Fenugreek seeds, rice seeds, badishep, jeera,
Warm water
Salt
Oil for frying
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken with spices and set aside.
2. Prepare the masala base by sautéing onions, tomatoes, and spices.
3. Cook the marinated chicken in the masala
4. For the vade, mix the flours, fenugreek seeds and all, and salt, then knead into a dough with warm water.
5. Shape the dough into small discs and deep fry until golden brown.
