It's a beautiful fusion -- Jasmine's singing in a slightly foreign accent of some key words, if any thing, adds an 'exotic touch' to the well known melody sung with wonderful diction by Reshmi, in perfect synchrony with the dancing rhythm of percussion.

Now that's called proper review. Not just fake praise and random nodding. If you try to concentrate on the content, you can get the details despite the language barriers. Keep it up,guys. And best of luck with your journey in Bengali. Hope you guys will be able to get used to bangla more someday. Not to forget, Today is the International mother language day (21st February)

This is the rare channel who does content from everywhere and not in their native language. Kudos guys. Keep being you.

That's the problem with 'wind of change', sometimes the solos feel unnecessary and kinda forced. Just because you have talented musicians, doesn't mean you have to showcase their talent without considering how the song is affected. It's like you've got a new suit and start walking around wearing it in the village. Too harsh? ah-well.

Why this channel is so underrated?! 😑 People should really start loving constructive criticism and discussion on music. I really love that they just don't do reaction, they go into details also.

Because most of the bangali listeners don't have good taste of music.

@@s.hosyen8663 It's not true :3 I think they do not promote their channel in other social media platforms where people are active. No matter how much good the content is, promotion is important.

Jasmine is Bengali-Australian and yes she completely butchered the pronunciation. Reshmi is the real star here.

Guys, I have to ask, how did you know that Jasmine’s pronunciations were off? It was too apparent but wasn’t sure if it was so apparent if you aren’t a native speaker. As usual I think most of us are impressed with how much knowledge you bring into these discussions…keep up the great work! Also, Hammad, I completely agree what you said about the intro. This is a common problem I have with Wind of Change. They overdo this stuff.

We judged from the chorus part mainly which Jasmine sang it at the end and it had different pronunciation than that of Reshmi’s. It also felt that she was putting some effort to pronounce it correctly. It was visible on her face too at the end. Nevertheless she did a great job! Thank you so much for the support and love Ehsan!

I think these two really missed the point of Fusion. Taposh not only uses western instruments, he effortlessly blends different style of western music be it jazz, blues, rock with Eastern traditional music. I personally loved the drum solo, it really added an element of rhythm to a song talking about dance. And Jasmine really set the mood to the song, her Bangla portions were cute almost like a child who stutters saying certain words adding context to a little girl Komola dancing away merrily. Reshmi Mirza elevates it with her vocals. One of the finest composition from WOC.
