Weird. I run the fox float dsp same sag. I don’t know what to tell you. Maybe check with your bike shop?

@@KerryWernervlog thanks for the reply. I am thinking it is a rear shock issue. Adjusting the shock psi by 50 only changed the sag 2%. That seems odd so I will be looking into this further.

Yeah that doesn’t sound right. If you can. Try and get a loaner shock. You’ll need 190x45 that’s stroke and eye to eye.

I highly doubt it. He’s got a higher end build on the new Hei Hei which would account for the weight.

@@KerryWernervlog Is that weight with pedals and on your own scale, or is that a factory weight? Crazy if that's really under 26 lbs in real life. Had the old Hei Hei green machine and loved it up here in Seattle.

@@TeleGigante yep that is with pedals. Just on a bathroom scale. But it’s accurate. I’ve weighed weight plates before.

​@@KerryWernervlog Thanks, Kerry! All of the reviews for this (Pinkbike, BIKE mag) have it around 27. Trying to figure out how I get it down closer to 25 like yours if I go this route. That Facrtory 32 is probably part of the answer. Appreciate all of the detail in your videos and the quick response here!

Yeah. You gotta reach down but it's your standard twist knob on the top of the right fork leg.

I live in central Mexico where it’s mostly gravel & little chunk & most here prefer hardtails. I want FS because I’m spoiled by 150/150 StumpJumper. I only race occasionally but I want to fly through the corn fields. Thanks

@@paulv8453 No I don't miss it. I hate that clutter in my cockpit. I have gotten use to reaching down. It isn't a huge deal for me. I actually accidentally purchased a remote lock out rear shock for my new Hei Hei and returned it for a knob lock out on the shock.

That bike was over 4k when it came out, and that bike is only 3 years old, probably worth 2.5k now

@@KOKOBC In today’s market with bikes so hard to come by it might be worth more than that. I got a steal on that exact bike three years ago brand new and can probably sell it for about what I paid. ($3100) Hmmmm? I still love it though.

@@brettneuberger6466 I picked up my new 'old stock' Hei Hei Carbon Trail. Think it's from 2018 but was brand new from Merlin Bikes in the UK. I paid £2k redecued from £4k. Actually got it in a work scheme so will only end up paying £1500. Deal. I love it.
