I remember playing Track & Field 2 years ago when I was a kid. It appears that this game had the same events and graphics. I wondered did Konami use a different game title for some parts of the world?
The NES version had a richer color palette and some features and graphics altered. Arm Wrestling could be played as a 1P Exhibition Event. Also, I don't remember seeing this hideous sprite at 9:30 in the US version. It belongs to a female athlete yet looks awfully masculine. For the french high diver, L. Clezio, this "pretty girl" sprite (19:24) was used instead.
