(August 2018) This elevator is nothing short of AMAZING! I have never seen one like this before with the bell mounted to the pulley on top of the cab!

An original Otis Micro-Drive was NOT automatic. This elevator had to have been automated later on. The 2 speed is characteristic of the Micro-Drive. It is not fully original.
