This building was initially built as the Constrazza by a Brazilian owner. The structure was left unfinished for years and then was finished by Intercontinental Hotels as the Crowne Plaza in 2002

Those are Montgomery Kones judging by the floor indicators. Kone discontinued those indicators in 2001.
