Nhat , you need dish soap, dish clothes for wiping tables. Build a table next to your water hose and get off the ground preparing food. Build a table to prepare the food on. You have tables but choose to be on the ground which is unclean.

Yes. Have large pot with hot water for all cleansing. If people start getting sick your business will fail. Its a great idea but strict hygiene with all food prep ,including raw chicken and pork is essential.@joseneidesilva737
