Good night. We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C450i printer in our office. Is it possible to send emails or scan without entering user authentication? Is it possible to have print-only authentication? Thanks.
Hi Carlos If you turn ON ‘Public User Access’ under Authentication this will allow a public login without authentication. You can set the ‘Public User’ setting to restrict everything except ‘Scan’. I hope this helps .

Hi , select " thick4 " on paper type on the " basic tab of the printer properties ( you will also need to specify thick4 on the device . on the "quality tab " set this to "fine " and "best quality" . Also a high resolution image is needed to get the best results

Hi, can this bizhub print real 1200x1200? because i have a C368, and technically it can print 1200x1200, but when really print in that resolution the print isn´t good, full of noise and color degraded. So if this model really print 1200x1200 would be an excelent choise...
Hi Marcelo , yes the print resolution is very good . Make sure the print driver is set to "fine " and "best quality" . Also a high resolution image is needed to get the best results .
