thatguy3331 - The title is actually called とんでもない奴が来たのだ！(Tondemonai yatsu ga kita noda!) which could (possibly) translate to "Ridiculous/Outrageous Guy/Fellow Approaches/Has Come!" (I'm using Google Translator and a list of songs)

This dosn't match the title Like I thought it would, but it matches the characters PERFECTLY....
