Oh yeah, I got the same exact vibe. He was an absolute gentleman but he does take himself way too serious. Everyone I know that trained with him hated training with him and didn't like him much as a person.

I think its because he knows who to mess with and who to not mess with. He knows if he were to get into mma he would get rocked, but doing it to someone in a wrestling ring most people aren't really trained to actually fight.

Not that that aren't trained to fight, but they are trained to not injure someone. Kinda like when a girl slaps a dude and gets away with it, because the dude knows it's wrong and he would get in a lot of trouble.

He has been in the ring with legitimate guys like Shinya Hashimoto and Fujiwara. Been in ring with Kenta Kobashi And yes he never backed down from any bigger guy and laid it in stiff and took snug shots back because that's what pro-wrestlers do. He trains with military guys, law enforcement officers, pro fighters and is well versed in several martial arts. If he went to MMA you could very least say he’d do better than Punk did.

He cut a promo and called out the five world champions in American Pro-Wrestling. UWFi did the exact same thing in the 90s in Japan. They called a press conference and called out the top 4 aces of each promotion and called them to fight. Low-Ki did nothing wrong but these idiots can't grasp the idea that a pro-wrestler does promo sending out open challenges to fight other world champions instead of being a joke entertainer saying he love to work with these guys and put on a show.

That ladder match and 4 way with Pyscosis are incredible matches that still hold up.
