South Sudan has really failed more than Somalia. This tiny Juba has at least four governments, National government, State, County, and Boma. More than 9 years of independence, and more than 15 years of autonomy and self- rule, the national capital still has shameful roads. The disgraceful politicians continue to steal public money with no regard for national development, millions starving citizens, no security so citizens, particularly South Sudanese diaspora who want to return to the country can invest in peace without fear. We are busy with primitive wars and talking of tribes and gossiping that has destroyed Juba. God help SS. Where are the proud nationalist leaders that fought for 21 years to liberate the country to maintain national security, development, and keeping the roads and country clean?
