Mario Kart 64. Those words cause a wave of nostalgia to wash over me. This was the soundtrack of my Saturday mornings growing up, as I'm sure it was for some of you. I can say I had just as much fun playing this on the marimba as I did racing around the track, as Toad, of course. Koopa Troopa Beach was always one of favorite tracks: Scenic ocean views, sparkling white sand, drink in my hand (apple juice), and the wind in my hair (from my ceiling fan). Enjoy this island getaway!
