Same here, and I've been thinking about them every day since I saw Tinys video. Really Heartbreaking and unfair. They were lucky to have found each other and seemed to enjoy/live life to its fullest but they were also robbed in so many ways. It has really gotten me down and I didn't even know of them before this tragic news 💔

Sara asked that people try hard to not be sad. So I think it would sadden her to see even on older videos, these comments. My wife and niece died within a year and a half. My niece was 16. My sister has been a zombie since, she's the best and sweetest person I know. So go love your family and friends every day. Leave nothing unsaid. The only comfort that I have? I said everything. My sweetheart and I knew how much we loved - and still, with her not here - still love. Same with my niece. Sara's parents are in a place with no name. I am a Widower. There is no name for my sister. People ask why don't you have kids or where is your child? It's a hard world, we all do have to work on being kinder. Like he said in the video when he played the voice recording. No one comes to visit or check on my sister, like it's contagious. I think she would be doing better if she still had friends around. So keep encouraging Tiny. Don't let him feel forgotten or like Sara is forgotten. If anything my family has been through helps someone else, I just hope it can.

Don't make it about you. When we lose those we love, and someone says that? We are in a very weird place of having to comfort you. A horrible woman from our former church brought a KITTEN to my house the day before my wife's funeral. Then she told me she lost eight people in the last year. Details of every one. I had not slept in days. Weeks at the end. So that is my memory. Having to comfort this person who barely knew us. I like kittens, but that added to the pile of what the hell do I do? We have a daughter to raise. I'm still paying useless doctors and - funerals cost more than weddings. If you can help carry the burden? Be present. If you bring more burdens to grieving people? Please don't.

I have a year gap with my boyfriend but we were young when we started dating. I was 16 and he was 17. The point is when people started dating, a 14 year old and a 18 year shouldn't date but it'd be normal if they were 24 and 28 right? It's like you said about maturity but it revolves around physical age still.

~ 5-7 years isn't much. My last boyfriend (now ex) and I were 7 years apart, which isn't a big deal when you're both at a certain age. Still, I definitely think a bigger age gap does make a difference when you're in a serious relationship because you're at different stages in life.
