KOREAN EGG ROLL (계란말이) RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
4 Eggs
½ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Ground Pepper
1 ½ Tbsp. Green Onions
½ Cup Carrots
½ Cup Onion
1 Tsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Oil
PROCEDURE:
1. In a mixing bowl, crack 4 eggs then add the salt and ground pepper and beat it well.
2. Then add the green onions, carrots, onion and vinegar and mix it well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, grease the pan with a small amount of oil.
4. When the pan is hot, pour the egg mixture. Spread the mixture evenly over the pan. Wait until the texture becomes less watery.
5. When it’s ready, Lift up the end nearest you and tuck over, rolling upwards tightly using chopsticks or spatula.
6. Grease the pan with a small amount of oil again then move the egg roll to the other end of the pan.
7. Pour the remaining egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly over the pan, and when it’s ready repeat the same process of rolling.
8. Remove the egg roll from the pan and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
9. Slice it into bite-size pieces and serve.
