Agreed! He's got a HUGE vocabulary it's just the expression that's limiting. However quick correction, Ollie does not do the subtitles/captions but helps 'edit' them, not doing the actual translations. 😅

He pretty much can understand most korean now except like the deep words. Even Armand from the British high schoolers series said in their live stream that he was so shocked when they came to Korea because he was expecting Ollie to be on his side not understanding anything but he was so surprised because their staff and Josh communicates in korean but Ollie was there, laughing and replying in English without translation lmao. I get it tho, I was similar. I used to be better at understanding korean since grammar could be pretty hard for me but it has gotten a lot better now. Ollie seems to be the same case, he knows a lot of words and has wide vocabulary however he often makes mistakes in structuring a sentence. He's gotten so much better now tho, there were times before from their older videos where you could see Ollie spacing out when people talk in Korean because he couldn't understand it but he can pretty much understand everything on their recent videos now. He just replies in English but he always understands it.
