I really appreciate that you talk about your relationship with food. I’ve had a pretty bad relationship with food in the past, it got better, and now it’s bad again with being back at college. It’s hard to feel stuck like this and that it will always be like this. Seeing how much you’ve been able to change your mindset gives me hope, as cheesy as that is lol.
Thank you for your kind words at the beginning of the vlog. I've struggled with food and my weight my whole life and while I finally am starting to get the hang of it, I've been so hard on myself during the holidays about not overeating or not indulging in sweet treats. Knowing that someone else has felt this way is truly comforting. Thank you ❤️ I will find my balance

Remi, thank you always for being transparent with us. I’ve always had a bad relationship with food, struggled with an eating disorder, and now with my weight up, the holiday season is so so hard for me. I actually have my first appointment with my gyno tomorrow to see if I have PCOS, since I’ve been dealing with some of the signs of it. I’m nervous, but hopefully this helps everything make sense. Really great advice from your doctor!! I stopped weighing myself years ago! I go by how I look and feel in my clothes! Balance is key, I agree! Not perfect but I do my best and I feel good about myself 😀 also love the car makeup! Literally me all the time 😂😂😂😂
i had a meeting with my doctor today and they wanna test me for pcos and i’m absolutely terrified. you’re the first person i thought about when he told me that cal did a great job on choosing the wrapping paper!!

The “frog cereal” is called Honey Smacks and I used to looove them!! My aunt always had them at her house and that’s really the only time I used to have them. 😊 Now I need to go get me some lol
