Super Bowl commercials are something else. The Mountain Dew Puppy Monkey Baby commercial had me ROLLING. I only pay attention to the Super Bowl because of the crazy ads.

One of the superbowl commercials I still remember was the Budweiser 9/11 one (they played it only a single time during the Super Bowl as a memorial tribute) and then the one with the little kid in the Darth Vader mask who "starts" the car with his Force Powers.

I love those Orbit commercials that had the curse words changed into something else. when I was a kid, it was so fun to decode what the curse words would be if it wasn't the Orbit. also to this day I occasionally still call a few ppl: son of a biscuit

Omg yesss! My sis and I were kids when that commercial came out and we would quote it all the time 😂 we especially loved to call others (and each other)a lint licker. 😂 I suppose sometimes we will still say it but it is rare now. Was nice to see it again haha 😂

The doritos ones are because they did (or maybe still do I'm not sure) a competition where people could send in their own commercials and the winner would be aired during the superbowl. So people got really creative with it.

My friend just learned a trick from her therapist mom about dealing with Anxiety. You give it a name (like Susan or Sarah or Karen or something) and when it's bothering you, you tell it very firmly to Fuck Off. xD

You are right that everyone has anxiety, but what anxiety disorder is when it starts to seriously affect your life. It is true that anxiety disorder is very common, but it is still very real, and sometimes having a label validates what you are feeling. I agree that it can be Debilitating when a label is used like a box, but I consider talking about mental health a good thing when it is done with care. I do not really think it is helpful to say “everyone has it” because it does not make it any less real. So sorry if this annoying, I understand completely where you are coming from

They've made small ones for years. When I worked in a GI clinic 6 years ago, we sold the small ones and the large ones in the office. It works amazingly and smells really good! 🤣 They have so many different scents.

8:05 - this Doritos commercial was of three commercials done at home by fans. There were a lot of ads before that were voted on, and there were three finalists. They premiered during the Super Bowl and the winner of the most popular commercial got money; I think. It was a year or so ago, so I don't remember all the information but other than the baby one here, there was a dog one which I really liked. I don't remember the third one but I think the baby one won and they sometimes play it.

The best part about the Old Spice commercials (other than the actual commercials, which are amazing), is that before this new ad campaign, Old Spice was really seen as a brand for old men. These commercials changed the way everyone looked at the brand... suddenly it was young and cool!

Thank you for making me laugh with the funny commercials. I can say though, Potpourri really does work. Just 2 or 3 squirts (the directions say to use more,but no need) BEFORE you go, and the bathroom smells fresh. I don't know how, but it really works. It even comes in a size you can carry with you.

Studies have been done on super-entertaining American commercials. (I think this was about 20 years ago.) The more interesting and funny the commercial, the less people remember what it's trying to sell. Love the commercial = Vague idea about the product. Personally, for me this especially applies to the ones with a very engaging pop song. 🎵❓
