Recipe Ingredients:
Tofu
Pork
Kimchi
Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
Cabbage
Carrot
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Egg
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cook pork in a pot until browned.
2. Stir in a spoonful (or two) of Gochujang for that signature heat.
3. Add chopped carrots for a bit of sweetness.
4. Pour in water and add kimchi to create the flavorful soup base.
5. Season with soy sauce and sugar to taste.
6. Toss in cabbage.
7. Gently add tofu and simmer to soak up the delicious flavors.
8. Crack an egg into the soup for added richness.
Serve this dish with rice, and enjoy a warm bowl of comfort!
